Our Foundation

A Manufacturing Business Built on Discipline and Scale

Konita Industries was established in 2019 with one clear intent: to build an engineered board manufacturing operation from Chennai, serving the growing demand for plywood alternatives across India.

We invested early in precision machinery from Germany and Taiwan — building a 100,000+ sqm production facility capable of manufacturing WPC & PVC boards, Celuka boards, and our Apollo White Gold premium range at scale.

"We didn't build a trading company that sources boards — we built a manufacturing business that controls every step of the process, from raw material selection to final dispatch."

In 2022 we launched DWĀR, our premium door brand. It brings the same manufacturing discipline to interior and entrance doors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Today, we export to Asia, Europe, and the US and supply architects, developers, and dealers across India with materials they can specify with confidence.

Our production facility has a yearly capacity of 20 million square feet.
